Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, memos, and HR forms
Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and timesheets
Coordinate onboarding, training schedules, and staff documentation
Handle HR inquiries and support employees on company policies
Assist in visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PRO
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company standards
Support management for site staff requirements in technical, fit-outs, and renovation projects
Coordinate with project managers regarding manpower deployment and updates
Requirements:
Proven experience as HR Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience in technical services/fit-outs/renovation industry is an advantage
