Zahr Freighters is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support our human resources operations in
Dubai
. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about HR functions and eager to contribute to a growing logistics and freight forwarding company through strong administrative and people-support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Help prepare HR-related letters, memos, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate employee training sessions, attendance tracking, and performance review schedules.
Handle daily HR inquiries from employees and provide timely support.
Assist in payroll preparation by gathering and verifying attendance, leave records, and other data.
Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Organize HR files, manage correspondence, and provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in an HR administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
