Noorka Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support our growing team in
Dubai
. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources, enjoy administrative tasks, and can maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, ensure data accuracy, and update HR databases regularly.
Coordinate onboarding procedures, prepare orientation materials, and support new employees during joining.
Handle day-to-day HR documentation such as contracts, memos, and leave forms.
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime details.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR-related events.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
