Create and regularly update employee files (both physical and digital).
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and documents.
Recruitment and Onboarding
Prepare employment contracts and job offers.
Complete all onboarding procedures including medical tests, labor cards, and residency permits.
Attendance and Timekeeping
Monitor attendance records, leaves, and absences.
Prepare monthly attendance reports for management and payroll.
Leave Management
Process leave requests in accordance with company policies.
Calculate and update employees' annual leave balances.
Issuance of Administrative Letters
Prepare experience certificates, salary letters, bank letters, NOCs, and other HR-related documents as needed.
Handling Violations and Warnings
Draft warnings, investigation memos, and disciplinary notices in coordination with management.
Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and regulations.
Health Insurance Administration
Register employees in the medical insurance system and renew policies.
Assist employees with medical claims when necessary.
End-of-Service Procedures
Process employee separations in accordance with legal requirements.
Calculate end-of-service benefits and handle visa/cancellation formalities.
General HR Administrative Support
Respond to employee inquiries.
Support the HR department with any additional tasks as required.
Skills and Competencies:
Good knowledge of labor laws and regulatory frameworks (UAE Labor Law preferred).
Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with diverse employee groups.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Ability to work efficiently with ERP systems and other HR digital platforms.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discipline.
Qualifications and Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Personnel or HR roles
