Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR files
Support payroll preparation and attendance reports
Coordinate leave requests and employee communications
Assist in organizing staff activities and training sessions
Requirements:
Strong
English communication skills
(spoken and written) -- mandatory* Basic knowledge of HR procedures and UAE labor law preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Previous experience in HR or administration is an advantage
