We are looking for a HR Assistant with at least 1 year of UAE experience to manage visa applications and ensure compliance with UAE immigration laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and work permits for employees.
Liaise with UAE government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.).
Track visa expiry and ensure timely renewals.
Maintain accurate visa records and reports.
Assist employees with visa-related queries.
Stay updated on UAE visa regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in UAE visa processing.
Good knowledge of UAE immigration laws.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and visa tracking.
