to support the Human Resources department in various HR functions. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in UAE Labour Law, capable of multitasking, and experienced in different areas of HR operations, including recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, documentation, performance management, and training. Familiarity with Bayzat is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records, and support in the preparation of payroll.
Prepare and manage HR documentation such as contracts, memos, warning letters, NOCs, and certificates.
Monitor and manage staff rosters, attendance reports, and leave records.
Assist in the implementation and tracking of employee performance appraisals and KPIs.
Support employee engagement activities and help maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate training sessions, monitor training attendance, and maintain training records.
Utilize HR software, preferably Bayzat, to update employee records and generate HR reports.
Perform general administrative duties and support other HR functions as required.
