Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

HR Assistant

to support daily human resources operations for our group of restaurants in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee attendance and timekeeping, monitoring leave records, handling uniform and locker assignments, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities:



Attendance & Timekeeping:

Maintain accurate records of employee attendance using timekeeping systems. Track daily shift schedules, lateness, and absences; escalate discrepancies to HR Manager. Coordinate with branch managers to ensure timely submission of attendance data.

Leave Monitoring:

Monitor and update employee leave balances (annual, sick, emergency, etc.). Process leave requests in compliance with company policies and UAE labor law. Prepare monthly leave reports for payroll and management review.

Uniform & Locker Management:

Distribute uniforms and maintain issuance records. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate uniform orders with suppliers. Assign lockers to staff and maintain an up-to-date locker allocation list. Conduct periodic checks to ensure locker and uniform policy compliance.

Administrative Support:

Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copy). Assist with the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation scheduling. Support in organizing staff events, training sessions, and HR communications. Handle filing, document control, and other clerical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sector. Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR best practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS is a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.

Working Conditions:



Office-based role with occasional visits to restaurant branches as needed. May require flexible hours during payroll periods or special events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
