We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Assistant
to support day-to-day HR operations, with a
primary focus on recruitment
. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sourcing and hiring candidates within the
retail fit-out or interior contracting sector
, and be familiar with basic HR documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support (Main Focus):
Assist in sourcing candidates for technical, site, and office roles related to retail industry, fit out projects.
Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
HR Operations:
Support onboarding process: offer letters, document collection, and induction coordination.
Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
Assist with leave tracking, attendance, and visa/renewal documentation (as applicable).
Prepare basic HR letters (e.g., NOC, salary certificates).
Compliance & Coordination:
Ensure proper filing of HR documents in line with company policy and labour regulations.
Coordinate with PRO/HR Manager on visa processing or employment contract updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2-4 years of HR experience
, preferably in
recruitment within the fit-out/interior contracting industry
.
Familiarity with UAE labour law is a plus.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good communication in English & Hindi
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
Able to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Discreet with confidential information.
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
