Assisting with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Payroll and Employee Relations:
Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Handling employee inquiries, providing support for employee relations issues, and assisting with conflict resolution.
Monitoring employee attendance and leave, tracking performance, and assisting with performance reviews.
Administrative Support:
Maintaining and updating employee records, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Preparing and managing HR documents, such as contracts and policies.
Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
Key Skills:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
