Manage ERP accounts of internal and external clients.
Manage employee database.
Responds to queries and concerns with regards to HR and WP activities.
Prepare memo for documents to be sent for signature.
HR Implementation and encoding for clients.
Responsible for uploading of labor staff attendance.
Assist in recruitment (Job Posting, CV search).
Prepare offer letter for selected candidates.
Manage on boarding of new employees (Welcome Announcement, WP Account Creation, WP Training)
Manage Leave Management (Leave Application, Ticket booking)
Liaise with PRO for HR related matters (Cancellation, Sponsorship, etc.)
1.Candidates must be locally available
2. Candidates should join immediately
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
