Job title: HR Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The role involves handling employee records, recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and assisting with HR policies in compliance with Qatar Labor Law.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews). Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and staff documentation. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain and update employee records (QID, passport, visas, contracts). Handle staff attendance, leave requests, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies. Assist in performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions. Support HR in organizing training and development programs. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in staff welfare activities and employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience (experience in Qatar preferred). Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
