Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, certificates, and memos
Assist in attendance, leave management, and timesheet tracking
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries
Support basic payroll and administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Assist with visa, insurance, and HR compliance documentation as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR functions and UAE Labour Law is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and grow in HR field
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
