Assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans), including enrollment, updates, and inquiries.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees, tracking attendance and completion.
Prepare HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and employee performance metrics.
Assist in managing employee relations and resolving basic employee inquiries or concerns.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related information.
Maintain HR filing system (both physical and digital), ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Support HR with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).

Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
