We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, attendance, and administrative support while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and HR databases.
Support employee engagement programs, events, and feedback mechanisms.
Monitor attendance and leave management through HRMS systems.
Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts department.
Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Handle employee queries related to HR, policies, benefits, etc.
Conduct induction/orientation programs for new employees.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Good knowledge of UAE labor laws
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
