Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including:
Posting job advertisements
Screening CVs
Coordinating interviews
Following up with candidates
Support HR daily operations such as:
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintaining and updating employee records
Preparing HR documents, letters, and reports
Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR filing
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required
Requirements:
Female candidate only
Non-Arabic speaker
Minimum
1 year of experience as an HR Assistant
or similar role
Previous experience in recruitment is a must
Experience in the
real estate sector is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (
Higher Education required
)
Currently residing in Abu Dhabi
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law basics
Experience using recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
