Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
:
Provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Maintain and update employee files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with attendance monitoring, leave records, and timesheets
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data
Coordinate medical insurance activities, including employee additions, deletions, renewals, and claims follow-ups
Assist in processing employee documentation such as contracts, renewals, and confirmations
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures,
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Skill Required:
1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Experience in the UAE is an advantage
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
