Assist the HR & Operations Manager in all HR functions and processes
Manage recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems
Manage timesheets, attendance records, and leave tracking
Prepare HR reports and support management with HR analytics
Communicate professionally with employees and candidates via Outlook, email, and other platforms
Support payroll processes, including data collection and verification
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications
Requirements:
Excellent command of English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job posting platforms
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
