Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding processes: collecting documents, preparing joining forms, and creating employee files.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data in HR systems.
Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate with staff regarding attendance, leave applications, and basic HR queries.
Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, overtime, and leave reports.
Assist with employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance review procedures.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
Provide support in exit formalities and final settlement processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
