Prepare and process various HR documents, letters, and internal memos (e.g., offer letters, termination letters, change of status forms).
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events; manage the HR calendar.
Handle incoming and outgoing HR correspondence and phone calls.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the
recruitment process
by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct pre-employment paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.
Coordinate
new-hire orientation
and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed.
Payroll and Benefits Support:
Assist with
timecard collection
and verification for payroll processing.
Maintain and track employee leave balances (vacation, sick leave, etc.)
