Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties. Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases. Prepare employment letters, memos, and HR correspondence. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling. Assist with onboarding of new employees (joining formalities, documentation, orientation). Coordinate with PRO/HR officer for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations. Track employee attendance, leave records, and overtime summaries. Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and timesheets. Handle employee queries and provide HR-related information. Ensure all HR documents are filed, organized, and easily retrievable.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

Human Resources

,

Business Administration

, or a related field.

2-5 years

of experience as an

HR Assistant / HR Administrator

in a

construction company

in the UAE. Good understanding of

UAE labor law

and HR best practices. Proficient in

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

and HR software systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
