Job Description

The HR Assistant supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labour laws. The role ensures smooth manpower mobilization and employee support across projects and client sites.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of workers. Maintain employee records (passports, visas, Emirates ID, medicals, contracts). Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll data. Support employee welfare and resolve queries. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Requirements:



1-3 years HR/admin experience, preferably in manpower supply or contracting. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa, and immigration procedures. Proficiency in MS Office; good communication skills in English/Hindi Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
