Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, etc.)
Maintain employee records (digital and hard copies)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Address employee queries regarding HR policies
Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking
Coordinate training sessions and staff development activities
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Familiarity with HR software and tools
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
