We are seeking a dedicated HR asst to support our Human Resources operations.
HR asst will deal in various HR-related tasks including but not limited to Project's coordination, collecting and coordinating daily reports & timesheets, employee's relations, and maintaining HR records.
Role and responsibilities:
HR asst will coordinate with construction projects for daily reports, timesheets and monthly payroll. Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Assist PROs for visa documentations, coordinate with logistic for new arrivals & departures.
Coordinate with labor camps and employees directly.
work closely with site admin and time keeping team for daily reports.
Maintain passport record and leave files.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as HR asst, administrator or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
