The Role
Act as a dedicated HR liaison for all operations pertaining to third-party personnel across the organization, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external manpower suppliers. o Support the full employee lifecycle of Third party personnel, from onboarding to off boarding, while ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies, project requirements, and regulatory timelines. o Maintain and update a centralized database for third-party employees, which includes detailed records of contracts, work orders, personal documentation, onboarding forms, visa details, and assignment validity trackers. o Coordinate the end-to-end CICPA pass process with Third party for relevant third-party personnel, ensuring full compliance with ADNOC and other regulatory authorities. o Ensure the timely renewal of CICPA passes by maintaining accurate logs and proactively tracking expiry dates to avoid any interruptions to project site access or operations. o Oversee and track visa processes for outsourced employees, including employment visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. o Support in preparing and delivering regular HR reports and dashboards highlighting third-party staffing metrics, mobilization and demobilization timelines. o Collaborate with the Project HR team to support manpower deployment strategies by providing accurate workforce data, availability reports, and vendor updates. o Coordinate travel, visa, documentation, and site access requirements for smooth deployment with the Third party Vendors. o Ensure high standards of documentation and record-keeping, maintaining both digital and physical HR files in accordance with internal controls and data confidentiality requirements. o Utilize EMP for record keeping and approvals. o Continuously seek ways to streamline administrative workflows and improve service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. o 3-4 years of experience in an HR support function, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Engineering, or Construction sector. o Proven experience in visa processing, third-party manpower coordination and CICPA documentation is essential. o Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa protocols, and ADNOC/CICPA regulatory frameworks is highly preferred.
