We're looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our daily HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in administrative and HR support functions. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, managing HR-related documentation, coordinating onboarding and exit formalities, and supporting data entry and reporting within the HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep employee records and HR databases updated and organized
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents
Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding activities, including ID issuance, system access, and employee orientation
Respond to employee queries regarding leave, benefits, policies, and documentation
Support offboarding processes like exit interviews, clearance forms, and final settlements
Maintain and update various HR trackers (recruitment, visas, leaves, medicals, etc.)
Help organize HR events, training programs, and engagement activities
Ensure employee records and files are complete and ready for audits
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Human Resources or any relevant graduation
1-3 years of experience in HR domain
Good Communication skills
Good knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labor law is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
