Collect and coordinate data for the Automotive Global talent pipeline and translate the data into insights through data analysis
Develop and generate marketing materials to internally promote talent management processes
Support the facilitation of activities related to Talent management
Maintain updated and accurate data for succession planning of critical roles
Collate and analyse people and talent data
EngagementEngagement survey
Pre- Survey - Compile data for organizational mapping against the Engagement template, Carry out system cleaning, corrections, consolidation, and submission to Group HR
During Survey - Visit sites and assist the businesses in survey administration and logistics, Track and communicate participation rates
Post Survey - Prepare, analyze and distribute the Engagement scores to the Leadership Team, Track and communicate impact plan upload completion rates
Facilitate the Wellbeing initiatives within the Automotive Division in line with the Group HR Wellbeing strategy
Awards and Recognition
Support the organizing and implementation of Global Automotive awards and Recognition programs
Tracking and Reporting the quarterly and annual Recognition programs that include the values awards, Presidents gold pin and the international skills contest
Where needed support HRBPs to facilitate the award and recognition programs

About the Team
This role reports to the Automotive Talent Manager and will be an individual contributor. This role will require you to liaise with various stakeholders and members across the Automotive team
What equips you for the role
At least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
Must be educated to degree level or above in relevant HR field.
Candidates must have a demonstrable record of previous Human Resources experience.
Will be computer literate in Microsoft Office packages
