Job Description

We are looking for an HR & Administration Executive, you should be able to handle and manage the department budgets. Prior work experience as an HR Executive or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stress efficiently. You will be responsible for managing all the human resources tasks of the company. You will also be responsible for supervising the Human Resources procedures as well as policies. In addition to this, you should be able to implement employee compensation and benefits programs. HR & Administration Executive responsibilities include: Attendance, Payroll, Leave management using HRM Software. Recruitment (Compiling Monthly Requirement, Publishing advertisement, Shortlisting Candidates, Scheduling Interviews) On Boarding (Collecting Details and Documents of New Candidates, offer letter, Joining Report, New Employees Induction, as per TAT (Turn Around Time - Welcome Note/Draft Code of Conduct), Passport Checklist, Register WPS) Preparing Employees , also include (Insurance Addition & Deletion, Employee Documents Maintaining, Passport Tracking, Maintaining HRMS on Real Time Basis (Employee ID Creation, Updating of Employee records in HRMS, Cross Check with Manager, Report Variations, Issue notice / Warning and Upload) Organizing the Training (Identification of Training Need, Preparation of Training Calendar, Arrange Training Programs) Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization. Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective HR strategies for the financial well-being of the company. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures. Liaison with top management. Work closely with supervisors and other leaders at their company to understand what the vision of the company is so that they can help reach that vision. Work closely with Operations Department to ensure that the training for all employees matches the requirement of Operations Department. Coordinate with Camp Boss for operational activities in the camp. Fill and keep record of administrative forms in accordance with the Company rules. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Outstanding knowledge of Federal and Provincial Labour laws. Additional Qualification/Training: Knowledge of specific software programs used within your organization Experience with full-cycle recruiting Experience: 5-6 Minimum Years of UAE working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department. Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role Working experience with the Human Resources Management software. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle. Ability to work in a critical environment. Exceptional active listening skills. Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills. Good conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work as a part of a team.
