About the role: We are looking for an HR Admin Executive who will be in charge of handling the administrative aspect of the HR Department as well as providing support in the department\'s functional areas, which includes onboarding, off boarding, employee records, employee relations and benefits administration. The position will give you a complete exposure to all domains of HR from Talent Acquisition, engagement to performance management. Responsibilities: Onboarding of New Employees
Prepare new offers and contracts as per managers\' provided details.
Communicate employment and visa requirements to new joiners upon acceptance of offer.
Collect and check all submitted documents and liaise with PRO for visa/work permit application.
Prepare all necessary arrangements before arrival of a new employee (if applicable), i.e. flight, temporary accommodation..etc.
Developing Induction training plans and coordinating with the line managers.
Exit Process for Leavers
Prepare termination, end of contract letters etc.
Communicate exit process to leaving employee and schedule exit process meeting.
Liaise with PRO for visa cancellation or transfer.
Health & Life Insurance
Add new joiners to our health insurance policy.
Cancel health and life insurance membership of leaving employees.
Collect requirements and add employees\' dependents to health insurance.
General administrative tasks
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Gather payroll data like new joiners, overtime and bank accounts.
Prepare requested letters incl. change of title letters, promotions, extension of contracts etc.
Prepare and maintain HR employee digital files.
Update HR Files and employee database.
Send probation forms to managers for new employees and prepare confirmation of probation letter.
Respond to employees\' inquiries on HR admin related topics.
Ad hoc requests from management team.
Drafting emails for various employee communications in terms of announcements and celebrations.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in an administrative position or similar HR role.
Experience with MS Office.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Bachelors in Human Resources Management or similar field.
Love for startups, their nature, and aspirations.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
Ability to work with people and help resolve their concerns on a day-to-day basis.
