Key Responsibilities:
Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and staff schedules.
Support recruitment activities and communication with candidates.
Prepare letters, memos, and HR-related reports.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and DOH/Abu Dhabi labor guidelines.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati)
- mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience in healthcare is an advantage.
