Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our team at our project sites in the UAE. This position is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in site-based HR and administrative operations within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR and administrative functions at the project site.
  • Manage employee relations, attendance, and site documentation.
  • Coordinate with the head office to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, record keeping, and office management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven HR & Admin experience in the UAE construction sector is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of site-based HR practices and UAE labor law.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
