We are looking for a dynamic and versatile HR & Admin Assistant to join our real estate company, iWA Properties LLC. This role is crucial for managing comprehensive HR functions and providing essential administrative support. We value candidates who are organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition :
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Participate in video shoots to promote job openings through social media.
2. HR Operations :
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
3. Documentation & Compliance :
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts and offer letters.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
4. Administrative Support :
- Assist with general office administration tasks, such as managing supplies, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Support the management team in day-to-day operational tasks.
5. Verification & Background Checks :
- Conduct background checks and verify credentials for new hires.
- Maintain a thorough verification process for all company documentation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with video shoots and social media presence.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
