Job Description

Luxridge Building Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Accountant to support both finance and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, employee benefits, and labor cost tracking, particularly within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave balances, and attendance tracking
  • Handle end-of-service benefits, gratuity, and final settlements
  • Assist with recruitment documentation and onboarding processes
  • Prepare HR-related financial reports and budgeting for manpower costs
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa, labour, and immigration matters
  • Ensure timely processing of salary transfers, deductions, and bonuses
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors as needed
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee financial and personal data
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR accounting, preferably in the construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/HR software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Indian nationals are preferred due to the team composition
