Key Responsibilities:
Track, verify, and record all HR-related expenses on a daily basis.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts on a daily basis.
Maintain proper documentation HR Expenses.
Collaborate with the HR and finance teams for budget planning and reporting.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to HR expenditures.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
, preferably in HR-related functions.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
, especially Excel.
Working knowledge of
Tally ERP
is an added advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with accounting standards and practices.
