We are currently seeking a Housing Coordinator/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals who go beyond job descriptions -- those with a proactive mindset, strong coordination skills, and a genuine dedication to resident satisfaction. We believe attitude is just as important as experience: anticipating needs, resolving concerns efficiently, and supporting smooth day-to-day accommodation operations.
Assist in coordinating move-in and move-out procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team members, room assignments, occupancy statistics, and service requests.
Serve as the primary point of contact for team member inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
Prepare living spaces for incoming team members, ensuring cleanliness checks and distribution of welcome kits.
Manage the distribution, tracking, and security of keys, access cards, and room allocations.
Uphold community standards by reporting rule violations and supporting corrective actions.
Act as a liaison between team members and HR management, escalating concerns when required.
Schedule and conduct regular inspections of housing units and common areas, documenting conditions and reporting issues.
Monitor and update maintenance and repair logs to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Perform preventive and minor corrective maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
Ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities are functioning properly to prevent breakdowns.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues such as water leaks, power failures, or HVAC issues, including after working hours when required.
Coordinate with Housing Facilities Technicians, contractors, and specialized service providers for complex repairs.
Communicate clearly with team members regarding scheduled or emergency maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with company housing policies and applicable UAE laws and regulations.
Support the implementation of emergency protocols, and communication procedures.
Ensure team members safety during maintenance or repair activities.
Maintain and monitor inventory of housing supplies, furnishings, maintenance tools, and equipment.
Request replenishment of supplies and manage stock records.
Document maintenance activities, including materials used and time spent.
Carry out HR administrative tasks as assigned by HR management.
