Pay: 2,800.00 (AED) - 3,200.00 (AED) per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards, manage staff effectively, and maintain a safe and organized environment.

A valid manual minivan driving license is required for this position Like Toyota Hiace or other brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.

Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Schedule and assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.

Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply usage.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Assist with driving the company minivan for transporting staff or supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Valid manual minivan driving license is required.
