Facility Supervisor (with Driving License)
Job Title: Facility Supervisor (Must hold a valid UAE Driver's License)

Reports To: Facilities Manager
Job Summary:
The Facility Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational management, maintenance, and upkeep of the company's facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. This hands-on role requires a proactive individual with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. A driving license is essential for coordinating between multiple sites and for emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management: Oversee and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, HVAC, fire alarm systems, and other building infrastructure.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of technicians and custodial staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring high productivity.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs, security, cleaning, and landscaping. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs).
• Inventory Control: Manage the inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies. Raise purchase requests as needed.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Site Coordination: Use a company vehicle to travel between different facility sites to conduct inspections, meet with vendors, and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Reporting: Maintain logs of work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history. Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Valid UAE Driver's License.
• 3+ years of experience in a facility management or maintenance supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
• Good knowledge of HSE standards.
