Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on job sites and property management projects.
Coordinate tasks and assign responsibilities to team members, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Oversee site safety, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Regularly inspect work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
Report project progress, issues, and achievements to the management team.
Ensure that all documentation and paperwork related to work orders, maintenance, and inspections are accurately completed.
Drive to various sites and locations across Abu Dhabi as required.
Requirements
Current Residency in Abu Dhabi
: Applicants must already be residing in Abu Dhabi.
Valid UAE Driving License
: Required for site visits and transportation of materials.
Experience
: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in general contracting, property management, or a related field.
Skills
:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
Knowledge of health and safety standards in construction and property management.
Language
: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Availability
: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
