A reputable General Contracting and Maintenance Company in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a
Housekeeping/Cleaning Supervisor
to oversee and manage a team of cleaners across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping/cleaning staff.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards and on schedule.
Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control measures.
Train and guide both new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Monitor staff attendance, evaluate performance, and resolve any on-site operational issues.
Manage cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is used and stored properly.
Oversee operations across multiple sites and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must be currently residing in
Abu Dhabi
.
Preferably 35 years old or below.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a supervisory role within housekeeping or cleaning services.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and perform well under pressure.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
