We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage the cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping operations across our group of salons. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple salon branches efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping staff across all salon branches.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and salon presentation.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and inspection routines.
Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping team performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Travel between branches as required for inspections and supervision.
Requirements
Female candidate only.
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (preferably in salons, hospitality, or luxury services).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Flexibility to travel between branches as needed.
