Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations in the residence.
Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and organization of all areas within the residence.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the residence and its occupants.
Inspect rooms and common areas regularly to ensure adherence to cleanliness and presentation standards.
Manage housekeeping schedules, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies as needed.
Coordinate with management or external vendors for maintenance or specialized services.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Diploma or training certification in hospitality or any related field.
2-3 years of Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or similar upscale environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to housekeeping.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion at all times.
Preferably candidates currently based in Qatar
