Housekeeping Supervisor (female Only)
Job Description
You+Baby Studio is a photography studio based in Dubai, focusing on maternity, newborn and family portraits. We are growing fast and now looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will help us to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. You will play an important role in ensuring our clients always walk into spotless, calm, and comfortable space.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to keep studio clean and organized.
Manage cleaning supplies, inventory, and schedules efficiently.
Oversee the cleaning off all studio spaces, props and client areas.
Work alongside the team when needed, this is a hands-on role.
Guide and support the team to keep a steady workflow and good communication
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to details.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends if required.
Someone organized and confident in giving direction when needed.
