Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage cleaning staff and coordinate with security personnel
Schedule, assign, and inspect daily cleaning tasks
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across all properties
Oversee
deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and regular maintenance cleaning
Manage
pest control services
and coordinate with vendors
Supervise
car wash and exterior cleaning services
when required
Monitor inventory and proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment
Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company policies
Conduct inspections and report maintenance or repair needs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of:
General and deep cleaning procedures
Move-in / move-out cleaning
Pest control coordination
Car wash and exterior cleaning
Cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment
Real estate or property management background preferred
Ability to manage and motivate teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties/tasks
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in
