Job Summary
Are you comfortable talking and engaging with guests in person? Are you passionate about the hospitality industry giving a unique guest experience? Are you able to multi-task without compromising quality? If you believe you have these skills then Atlantis, The Royal would like to hear from you!
As a Runner, you will be the point of contact for the resort customer requests by providing "wow" guest experiences. Ensure to provide all customers with an efficient and prompt service. Make sure that regular checks are done based on hotel standards and customer needs and requests. You need to recognize customer expectations and act fast by following your supervisor or either guests' needs.
About You
Ideally, we would love you to have some previous experience in a similar role in Housekeeping. You need to have a good command of English, entry-level administrative and organization skills.
