Oversee full housekeeping operations for holiday home portfolio Develop and implement SOPs and quality standards Manage supervisors and housekeeping teams Ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Control budgets, inventory, and vendor coordination Handle inspections and performance improvement
Requirements:
4-5 years experience in housekeeping management Strong background in Dubai holiday homes / short-term rentals Knowledge of Dubai holiday home regulations Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
