Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Operation Manager

with strong

Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rental

experience to oversee day-to-day operations, property readiness, guest experience, and team performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, system-driven, and capable of managing multiple units efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Property Management



Oversee the daily operations of holiday home units. Ensure all properties are guest-ready (cleaning, maintenance, amenities). Conduct regular property inspections and site visits. Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and resolve operational issues.

2. Guest Experience



Maintain high guest satisfaction and respond to escalated complaints. Ensure timely resolution of guest requests and service issues. Monitor guest reviews across platforms and implement improvements.

3. Vendor & Team Management



Manage housekeeping, maintenance teams, and inspectors. Schedule, allocate, and track tasks for support teams. Train staff to follow operational SOPs and quality standards.

4. Systems & Platforms



Manage PMS platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, etc.). Ensure accurate listing information, pricing, and booking updates. Work closely with the revenue team to optimize occupancy and rates.

5. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure all units comply with

DTCM / Tourism Authority

regulations. Maintain licensing, documentation, and safety standards. Conduct audits to ensure regulatory adherence.

6. Reporting & KPIs



Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports. Monitor KPIs: occupancy, turn-around time, guest rating, complaints. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Holiday Home / Short-Term Rental operations.

Strong knowledge of PMS systems and OTA platforms. UAE experience is

mandatory

. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage housekeeping and maintenance teams. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations.

Personality & Skills



System-oriented and organized. Strong leadership and multitasking skills. Customer-service oriented mindset. Flexible and able to work during weekends/peak seasons when required.
