Housekeeping / Cleaning Supervisor

We are hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team of housekeeping staff across residential or commercial cleaning sites. This role requires hands-on supervision, site visits, and client coordination to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assign daily tasks to cleaning crews
Ensure timely completion and quality of cleaning activities
Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns
Train and monitor cleaners for performance and compliance
Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies
Record attendance and work reports, ensure timely staff deployment
Requirements:
2-3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or housekeeping sector
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Ability to speak Hindi or Nepali (basic English is a plus)
Physically fit and willing to travel across sites
Flexible with work hours, including early morning or late evening shifts
