A well-established General Contracting and Property Management company based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a

Housekeeping / Cleaning Supervisor with driving license

to lead and coordinate cleaning operations across various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily tasks of housekeeping and cleaning staff. Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and meet quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain service consistency and enforce quality control. Provide training and ongoing guidance to new and existing team members on cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Monitor attendance, evaluate team performance, and address any operational challenges on-site. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment. Oversee operations at multiple locations while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Currently residing in Abu Dhabi.

Preferably 35 years old or younger.

At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the housekeeping or cleaning industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Capable of handling operations across multiple sites and working well under pressure. A valid UAE driving license is
