Housekeeping/Cleaning Supervisor - Holiday Homes

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations across our holiday homes. You'll be responsible for supervising cleaners, inspecting properties, scheduling shifts, and ensuring all homes are cleaned to a high standard and ready for guests. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and flexible with working hours, including weekends. Previous experience in a similar role is required. Driving license preferred. Cleaning Supervisor

, you will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple holiday homes. You'll be responsible for scheduling, quality control, staff supervision, and ensuring every property is spotless and guest-ready on time.

Must be experienced, Hardworking, and have flexible job timings.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple properties Inspect properties after cleaning to ensure company standards are met Schedule and assign cleaning shifts according to booking schedules Train new cleaners and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report low stock Communicate with management about issues, repairs, or supply needs Handle last-minute changes or urgent cleaning requests when necessary

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays Driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential) Knowledge of health & safety and cleaning protocols
