As a Hotel Reservations Agent you will be working in our Premier Inn hotel in the back of the house. Passionate about customer service responsible for providing a quality end to end service for the hotel, often working with repeat customers and building rapport with them through their bookings.

What will I be doing?

• Working within Front Office team to answer emails following the brand standards

• Provide exceptional customer services and effectively and professionally manage all reservations for customers.

• Book and manage reservations through Opera System.

• Ensure that the system and booking documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Possess guest service skills and excellent communication skill.

• Detailed & Customer service orientated.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, CRS systems is an added advantage.

• Advanced English language.

Experience

• You will be likely to have minimum of one year experience in Reservation department of a branded hotel.

• High School Diploma preferred.
